Mike Ting is a candidate for Yarmouth Town Council. A United States Air Force veteran, Mike moved to Yarmouth in 2012 with his wife Amy Belisle and their four children seeking the close-knit New England community Amy remembered from her childhood. Over the past decade, he has watched his family thrive here as two children graduated from Yarmouth schools and the twins prepare to enter Yarmouth High School.

Mike believes strong communities are built on fiscal responsibility, efficient government, and innovative solutions that deliver real results without endless tax increases. He is committed to prioritizing basic town needs—such as fixing roads and infrastructure—while improving educational quality through smarter resource allocation and evidence-based innovations.

If elected, Mike will champion a resident-driven agenda that preserves Yarmouth’s character while moving the town forward together in a measured, sustainable way.
